Terms & conditions

• Tickets can only be collected at the theater using your Smart Card or Ticket Collection Number. If you do not take the card/Ticket Collection Number with you, the tickets will not be issued.
• If you fail to collect the tickets you have reserved, the total amount of tickets will be deducted from your Smart Card or bank account balance.
• Cancellations are accepted at least 2 hours before the show starts. For bank Card transactions, no refunds will be issued to your Bank Account. Instead, you will be given credit(valid for 30 days) with SkyCinemas to book online again.
• Children of all ages need tickets for admission. Free entry for children younger than 3 years only on Tuesday! Free entry for children younger than 3 years everyday for all Indian Movies. Note: Children may not occupy a seat - one child per guardian.
• Cinema Manager reserves the right to shift your seat in case a free seat is left next or in between your seats.
